I want to put Hiren and Tails and some other stuff on an encrypted USB drive,
and then use those programs on Any (like, public library) computer.
Must I have the Diskcryptor program SOMEWHERE ELSE (on a different USB drive),
in order to Mount the encrypted USB drive that has the programs I want to use?
OR, can I somehow put the Diskcryptor program ON that encrypted USB drive?
It would be more convenient to carry around only one USB drive.
?
Thanks, people.

Well, Darn. But thanks for the reply, David.
Re: How to USE Diskcryptor on a USB drive?
Might this work?...
Create a small Partition on the USB drive, to hold the DC program.
And another larger partition to hold all of the other programs / data.
Now, How to run DC from that USB drive (on a public computer)?
Maybe?

You can not run DC without the driver and you can not install a driver without admin rights.
I assume on a public PC you will not have admin rights, so this will not work.
