A question for the clever poeople. I have been using Diskcyptor for years, with no issues.
However, I recently purchased a couple of new 500gb USB flash drives. When I started the disc encryption process, all went well, but after a few minures, the encryption speed fell to .3 mb/sec, and stayed there.
It is going to take about 31 days to encrypt the disc!
I tried reformatting the disc to NTFS, and also FAT, but that did not change things. Can anybody suggest anything please?
Thanks in advance.
