Quick Access to Explore Sandbox and Launch Windows Explorer

Post by sbie »

Hello,

If you are responsible for developing Sandboxie-Plus, please add these features:

- a quick access to "Explore Sandbox" (it opens windows explorer outside Sandboxie at the sandbox location) and "Launch Windows Explorer" functions, in the form of context menu entries (on the main context menu, not submenus like in current version) for each sandbox, and /or add 2 buttons on the main bar that have this functionality. The Classic version of Sandboxie has this features.

- a Preference to add, for every (it would be better if you could select the sandbox you want) sandbox, an entry to the Send to Menu like it is in the Classic version of Sandboxie.

You can do that manually by adding a custom shortcut like this:

for example a shortcut named defaultbox or whatever, for the sandbox named DefaultBox, with the entry for the Target:
"C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" /box:DefaultBox
inside:
"C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo"

Thank you?

Thank you for your ideas on how to improve Sandboxie.

In Sandboxie Plus you can setup shortcuts to programs per sandbox, on the desktop or within the user interface.

As I am not sure about the send to menu, I asked if that is still used.

The new Sandboxie user interface does not set links to the Send To menu, anymore.
