I know I want to protect Notepad, which is a bit over the top. I did get an iframe (in a .xls or .xlsx) attachment which I did catch (and they tried to get me with a .png, too), so for now on, I will only take .txt files when possible.
So, I will use Gmail in a protected FF browser, open it, and if the text is there, just cut and paste it into Word. But if I need to download it for some reason, then when it opens to Notepad, I was hoping to protect that.
In Windows 11, you can't protect Notepad; it is not where it was in 10, per DELL. Microsoft protects it for security. It isn't an app in settings.
Is it possible to protect Notepad? I am using Sandboxie Classis as I could not figure out Sandboxie Plus. I am not a techie at all.

When this is about UWP apps, then those are not supported, yet.
