Don't know what to do!

I've never used Sandboxie.

I've downloaded Sandboxie Plus. Can't find any tutorials.
It doesn't seem to behave like the "Old" tut suggests and the UI is completely different.

I have a .rar file which contains an app.
Do I unpack in a sandbox?
How do I install it to a sandbox?

Pretty simply - install Sandboxie Plus, then launch it or right click on your web browser (firefox) and select open in sandboxie.
