That is the promise that is written on your website. However, as far as I understand it, any sanboxed malware is still able to read at least any information stored on disk, maybe even information stored in RAM including loaded registry hives. So even if Malware cannot persist itself outside the sanbox, it can still access all infomation, cant it? So it can still upload your password,txt to evilguy.com and similar things. It just cannot overwrite information (e.g. encrypt for a ransom)

This is how sandboxie worked since always,
changing it to also protect data from exfiltration is a lot of work, but I'm on it so this feature will be availabel in one of the future builds

I just though a new developer might want to reflect wrong or at least misleading promises which are taken over from the earlier developers. No offense, I am happy that someone continues the project, I just want to make sure that less experienced users dont get wrong expectations.
