After the update the poker no longer works

Hi everyone, I use sandboxie to double open a poker program
Yesterday there was an update to the poker platform and today it no longer works with sandboxie
always tells me:
poker.exe (3028): SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CreateDesktop

i tried to uninstall both poker and sanboxie but now the problem always arises.
how could i solve?

I use Windows 10 Pro as an operating system

Double click on the box you want to run that program in,
go to "Advanced Options" and enable:
"Emulate sandboxed window station for all processes"
hit ok or apply and try again,
that may fix the issue

If you are sandboxing the poker app, pay attention to your VPN setting while using your sandbox. Also, I suggest checking your sandbox app for updates. Also, don't except the factor that you can be banned at the related poker site. Some poker rooms or sites ban players with huge profits from taking their money. I didn't think that's the problem was with your PC. Maybe you are banned, or the sandbox/program is blocked?
