With DNS filtering disabled, the Dnscache service (C:\Windows\System32\dnsrslvr.dll) via svchost keeps consuming quite of lot of CPU as long as PrivacyAgent is running, connected to MajorPrivacy.exe or not ("svchost.exe threads ntdll.dll!TpReleaseCleanupGroupMembers+0x450 & invalid handle event open&closing.").
This can be solved by disabling the dnscache service, but after that, I have noticed DNS-related connectivity issues with MP installed, which seems to make changes to the Windows DNS configuration. This may however be due to my config with a local DNS filtering proxy on 127.0.0.1
