v1.15.9 - massive list of errors when starting Steam

I just installed the update, and now when I run steam, it gave me a massive list of errors. Most of them LowLevel.dll error.

I did run a log collection operation and sent it in. I am just sharing here, in case others have experienced to share about it. With Steam.

I did manage to open Steam besides this, and open my game. But whenever I navigate the Steam UI it will add more errors.

Hello, thank you for your report. This might have the same root cause as this issue, which has been addressed and is supposed to be fixed in the next release (1.15.10).

OK. We shall see.

I am running Win 11 Home and with default settings in the various .ini settings, by the way. No advanced tweaking done.

All the steamwebhelper errors disappeared after I installed 1.15.11. I guess that means that Steam uses Firefox as its embedded browser.

I still see this message the first time I start each new instance after an upgrade, though: "SBIE2312 Could not enable BrowseNewProcess setting".

I recall having also seen this before the above mentioned error, though.

As far as I know, Steam uses Chromium as the underlying component.

SBIE2312 should be harmless, in the sense that it just failed to apply the sandbox customization that prevent the browser component to turn two processes into one process.
