I know that by default they typically don't work however I read on github that they're supposed to work if you add the following line to sandboxie.ini

But I am still having trouble with VLC Media Player, PotPlayer and using autohotkey scripts. in the media apps even hotkeys don't work inside the apps much less globally. Is there anything else I can try? But also I don't know if I put OpenWinClass=*, in the right place I just put it at the bottom line under [GlobalSettings]. Also tried running as admin in Sandboxie and running the apps as admin, adding the apps to the sandbox and running them from within but nothing will work. I even tried re-downloading Potplayer and installing from .exe from within the sandbox but it made no difference.
