Hello everyone, I actually understand you here, the EU user segment, because I will run my text through a translator so that you are your native language.

My question is quite simple: I initially installed the program to bypass restrictions in the game. Namely, for multiple registrations in the game and possibly launching the game simultaneously in 3-5 windows. But already on the 2nd registration in the game, the game realized that I am the same user, although I launched a separate VPN service for each client, and did not open several windows at the same time, only one per session!! Is it possible in this program to replace the hardware so that the game thinks that I am a unique player? Sorry for the photo, but the program is on separate hardware(

Sandboxie was not and is not intended to work around restrictions in software. Maybe some virtual machine (VM), like VirtualBox could be better suited to report different kind of hardware, if the software does not try to detect the VM and does not start if it detects one. Though, I don't know if VirtualBox can do that, nor do I know anything that can, nor how to do that.

Depending on what is detected to determine that it is the same user/machine, you can try some options in Sandboxie-Plus.
HideDiskSerialNumber=y (Hides the real disk serial number)
HideFirmwareInfo=y (Hides firmware information)
HideNetworkAdapterMAC=y (Hides the real MAC)
RandomRegUID=y (Obfuscates known unique identifiers in the registry)

Those options can be set per sandbox and can be found at Sandbox Options > Advanced Options > [Privacy]

They might not help, but are worth a try.

You attached the same picture twice.

You can navigate to Sandbox Options > Advanced Options > [Privacy] to enable them in the user interface or add them to the Sandboxie.ini (or through the "Edit.ini" in the userinterface, where you can copy and paste:

No problem.

Yes, where you added them is where they are intended to be entered. Once the software is (re-)started in the sandbox, the options will be applied. For multiple sandboxes, the options have to be added to each sandbox, they are supposed to apply.

If it does not work, the software uses something else to determine that it is the same machine.
