Do you get any (error) message of Sandboxie-Plus or tidal?
What version of Sandboxie-Plus do you have and on what version of Windows?

Not error, the last version, windows 11
When you try to install Tidal into a sandbox, you can try with the Troubleshooting Wizard of Sandboxie-Plus. Click on "Help" in the menu and then "Troubleshooting Wizard". Then click on the button "Fix issues with sandboxing". Now check the box "Failed to install an application into sandbox". Enter the path to the installer and select the sandbox, you want to install the software in.

The problem has been solved; the installation package should be used, not the path where Tidal is installed. Thank you very much.
Fue resuelto, se debe usar el paquete de instalacion, no la ruta donde esta instalado el tidal. Muchas gracias.
