Super Blue screen O' death (vt_setup.msi)

So I found your wonderful website through Virus Total and downloaded the tools that I wanted to check out and or require.
Attempted VT Uploader msi right out of the gate That was what I initially intended to get, from the namesake's website
And got three beautiful screens of death.. I can and would like to share the logs If anyone feels like tackling this or giving me a hand figuring it out.

My end intentions are going to be to install sandbox-i And a few other of your tools.

While Sandboxie has trouble with MSI installers, it should not cause a blue screen. You can share the crash dump with the developer (e-mail), or you can create an issue at the GitHub issue tracker of Sandboxie-Plus, where the developer and other tech-savvy contributors can resolve this issue.

The release of VirusTotalUploader lists a portable version. Does it also crash?

Looking up "VT Uploader" gave me VT Uploader, which is a different product. As the developer does not link to a source, it does not seem to be open source.
