I bought 2 business Licenses today and went to install a license on my work laptop and start using it. I had Sandboxie previously installed on the machine for personal use and will now be using it for work. I'm not sure how to change from personal to commercial and I also get an error message which I will attach a screenshot of down below. This is an ARM64 laptop that I am using. I am able to switch from personal to commercial when i stop all the services but when it asks for the supporter certificate or SBIE key I enter the key and the next button is still greyed out unless i start typing any character within the the supporter certificate field, but when i click next it says its an invalid supporter key to make sure I enter it all not just a portion. This makes it so I cant change from personal to business. I also tried to input my email for the 10 day use but it gives me another error The Image of the error I receive when the trying to use the key is while personal use is checked. I am using v1.14.10 for ARM64.

After Clicking 'get free evaluation certificate' Image:

EDIT: After reaching out to David he did say that after taking a look at the screenshots, that I provided above, he believes the ARM64 build of sandboxie has some issues loading some libraries. He was able to generate a supporter certificate for the keys I purchased and I am now able to use Sandboxie on my ARM64 Laptop.

I was able to verify that the SBIE key works on the same version of Sandboxie on x64, which is on the same network as the previous laptop.

Please reach out to David via email since he has to send you something to reset the choice between personal and business. The previous choice might be the reason it fails.
