I guess the only fix would be to Reset my PC to make it like a brand new Windows install, but that's just not something I'm unwilling to do because it would just be a ton of work to get everything back to how it is now, especially because it could still happen yet again. I'm surprised this is not a more common issue as I've only been using Sandboxie about 2 weeks and it happened to me twice. Thanks anyway for the info everyone.
Also it seems every alternative is no where near as simple as sandboxie and does just what I want nothing more nothing less and I just have no interest.
