Sandboxie-Plus Eternal Licence Question

I wanted to know a couple things regarding the eternal licence.

1. David's website says it can be shared with immediate family members. Is it limited by IP address or can I share with immediate family members who live in a different location?

2. How are licences tied down so to speak? Does the purchaser get an email with the key, and for example if the computer dies is the key able to be reactivated without deactivation on the dead device?

I am just quoting the feature comparison page:

***) A family pack can be used for the entire family it is not required for the family to live in the same household, so the cert can be used for children which moved out, or for your (grand) parents.

I don't know if the method has changed, but I am going to quote the same document:

**) Personal covers all devices you use yourself, so if you have a laptop and a desktop one certificate covers booth.

In my understanding this applies to eternal licenses, as not being limited to a specific amount.

The comparison page explains it once per item, not for each item, but the same conditions need to apply for them, or it would be inconsistent.

You should get something (probably a key) that can be entered into Sandboxie-Plus (SandMan) for all devices you or your family are using.

David might specify how this is supposed to happen.

My guess had been to share that key by any means that work for you, like via text message or e-mail. Even a USB device send via mail could work, but since it will be applied to computers e-mail should be easier. You may remotely connect to those computers and enter the key yourself.
