Sandboxie-Plus 1.14.9

This build fixes various issues and adds a few features, for a full list of changes please review the change log.

Those fixes include being able to import encrypted archives again, which was a regression introduced with 1.14.8. Now there is an import dialog for boxes. Pre-defined paths have been added as suggestion to the box creation wizard.

(Since there might be improvements and fixes to the change-log, it won't be copied to this place anymore.)

Proper releases will have their installers signed. Please use the official websites to download the installer.

There has been a request to show file hashes for the downloads, which is not something GitHub does and the signature is a better way to verify a file is official, since anyone that can replace a file on a server is able to replace the hash that is going to be displayed.

Nonetheless, I am going to post checksums/hashes of the installer I have downloaded:

Thanks to offhub, releases will now create a single file with SHA256 checksums for each download, so you can compare your installer to it, which should not be required, since they are signed. This is an example for this release.
