Sandboxie 1.16.3 not working

Good evening, I don't know if I can join here or if I need to open a new post. I have this problem with Sandboxie, I am running it on WIN 11 24H2.

What settings can I control? Is it possible to back up the created accounts so that I can start over without having to recreate everything from scratch when I uninstall and reinstall the program? This situation is very boring :-(
