If you found a new bug, that does not present a security issue, it would be best to sign-up at GitHub.com and provide a bug report. (In case of security issues, please follow the guidelines for reporting these type of issue.)
If you use this forum to report bugs or some other channel, please provide as much information as you can, such as
What version of Sandboxie are you running now? (e.g. Sandboxie Plus 1.13.4 64-bit)
Did a previous version of Sandboxie work? (e.g. you know it worked with 1.13.3 or at least that a previous version worked as expected)
What system you are using. (e.g Windows 10 22H2, 64bit)
How to reproduce it. What did you do?
What was the expectation?
What type of Sandbox is effected? (e.g. the standard one, or a privacy enhanced box, or any other type)
If something crashed, please provide a crash dump.
If you have some logs showing the issue, please share them.
Share your configuration, to rule out that it is the cause and to reproduce the issue.
Sandboxie-Plus includes a troubleshooting wizard, which is supposed to help you with your issues, but it can also send reports. Those are not public.
