Ramdisk error SBIE2239

Hi,


Configured the RAM disk via the addon manager. It successfully created a ramdisk. When I start the sandbox application, it gives the following error: "The root folder of sandbox Seejeejs_1_Farming must be empty in order to mount a volume to it"

By checking via Windows Explorer, it is empty, and I never put any files in it.

What could be a possible issue and how to solve it ?

1. Delete the sandbox folder and try running a program again.
2. Ensure sufficient memory is available for the RAM disk. If the issue persists, try creating a smaller RAM disk.
3. Verify the RAM disk is mounted by navigating to UI > Sandbox > Maintenance > Virtual Disk list. If the disk is present but not accessible, try changing its drive letter assignment (e.g., assigning one if it has none, or using a different letter if it does).

Your 1st point worked "Delete the sandbox folder and try running a program again." After deleting and restarting, the sandbox ramdisk now works.
