Hello, when I run the program, it says:

The support certificate is invalid.

Error: The certificate is node-locked.

Then it asks:

Are you sure you want to completely delete one item?

Is there any problem with deleting it?

You should back up the certifcate.dat ("C:\Program Files\Sandboxie-Plus\Certificate.dat")

Once the invalid certificate is removed, you can try to enter a valid one. In case there are issues with the license, please send a message to where you got it from.

Node locked means that is is only working on one particular computer in the entire world,
this apply to business licenses and discounted licenses sold by Resellers the CN market.
IF you have a cheep CN license you should have a key which allows you to create node locked certificates for a few PC's the count Depending on the exact type you bought.
