I have had my hard drive encrypted with disccryptor for over 10 years. Yesterday there was a power outage and the drive lost power. When I try to log in my
password it says "Invalid Password". Nothing has changed with my password in the last 10 plus years.

Is it the age of the drive?
 
I don't use the software, so I am unaware if there are recovery features. To me, it sounds as if the file system got damaged or the drive itself.
 
This sounds like the volume header got corrupted by the power outage, this is very bad.
If you have a header backup on an other medium you can restore the header, if you don't that I am afraid there isn't much that can be done.
What you could try, use a tool like WinHex (a disk editor) to inspect the first sector of your partition, is it all 0x00 or 0xFF is it even readable?
 
I found and tried an older HDD that I had 12 years old lol. And it works just fine with the same password. I was thinking I would just leave the other one for a week or so and see if that worked. I will try the WinHex option. I don't know really anything about partitions or headers so I didn't make a header backup, I don't know how and wouldn't have back then either. I'll see what works.

you want to inspect the first 4 sectors of the encrypted partition, do thay look entierly random, do they look loke all or mostly 00's of ff's or do thay contain some human readable text, are tha readable at all?
