Program not working on this system

This program is not working on my system. When I hit "Freeze all Partitions" it starts to do something. A tan bar appears at the top and appears to be starting to freeze things. Suddenly my system REBOOTS all by itself. When it is finished booting, nothing is frozen. The program tells me nothing is frozen and nothing is blue. I did this twice and was afraid to keep messing with it. Am I doing something wrong?

please add as much information as you can give, so David can look into it.

E.g. what system do you use and what it is build version? What kind of drives (HDD, SSD) do you have? How are they connected (SATA, NVMe)? Please mention anything special about the system.

Disclaimer: I have not, yet used this software.
 
Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2. Three internal drives, all SSD, two NVMe including c:drive, one SATA. Two external drives, both SSD SATA connected USB.
