Fixed:

• WebUI loading never finish (aka: WebUI not avaible/working)
• NeoLoader can not detect duplicate plain/packed hoster downloads properly
• Sometimes NeoKad disconnect and reconnect generating a double log line on client startup, but not any other problem.
• Missing log lines on server connection lost or connecting error because server full or offline.
• Sometimes MulKad connected message doesn't show the ID

• Priority system is bugged, once choosen a priority on a certain file, switching to another file it show the same priority in the tab.
