MTA Not Launching / Not Displaying on Scree

I’m experiencing an issue with Multi Theft Auto (MTA) where the game fails to launch properly.
Although Grand Theft Auto (GTA) appears to be running in the background, MTA does not open or render on the screen.
Attempts to launch multiple instances have also failed. The game does not produce any error messages — it simply doesn’t display.

Steps Taken:
Verified that GTA is running
Tried launching MTA as administrator
Attempted to reinstall both GTA and MTARequest

Could you please advise on potential causes and provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?Thank you for your assistance.
 
Hello, just for testing, does it open in a compartment type (green) sandbox?

I assume that the current attempts are done in a standard sandbox, which should generally work, but the compartment type boxes have fewer restrictions and are in at least some instances more compatible with some software.
 
The thing is, my goal is to open 3 instances, but even when I open just one, the MTA game doesn't launch. When I check through the program, GTA:SA appears to be running, meaning it's working in the background, but it won't bring it to the foreground.


Even if I manage to open one, the second one also causes issues
