When both software are installed on the system, they can provide the following features to each other:
MP to SBIE: Use the driver to enhance the security of the sandbox desktop (making it inaccessible to processes with system privileges), one-click protection of the installation directory
SBIE to MP: Provide the capabilities of file registry, IPC virtualization for processes within the enclave.
 
MP could also:
help Sandboxie's ImBox.exe from being dumpped,which leads to key leaking.
help Sandboxied programs not load unsigned DLLs.
