Installer (similar to Truecypt)

I noticed that the windows installer is equal to the truecrypt installer (also for windows).

I got curious about why that is?

It was under a license that made possible to use it and its very simple.
Typical installer packets like from nullsoft are quite large and complicated.

Another thing that I noticed is that when installed neolader already comes with some downloads on queue. Why is that? (see attached image)

this are noit downlolads on queue, this window is a search list, from neo kad, with search results of the most recently shared files with hoster cache parts.
