Import incomplete torrent files

It would be useful to have the option to import incomplete torrent files in case of a reinstallation of Neoloader or a relocation of the 'temp' folder.
 
It should be possible adding the files in your download folder and then press "ReHash" button. Anyway an easier and automatic solution should be implemented, we'll see.

EDIT: Using rehash you should be able to import also from uTorrent or any other torrent client. Saving the filelist.xml from the previous neo installation though is easier^^
 
You can do that you just need to keep the FileList.xml from your config directly,
or you can rectrate all downloads and overwrite the new temp files with the old once and than trigger a rehash
