How to see the SSD when booting from Windows to go

I have Windows 10 on my 2 in 1 installed on the internal SSD. I am going to encrypt my Windows boot partition with DC. I created a Windows to go USB using Windows 10. I downloaded Win10 from MS and used Rufus to make the Win2Go USB drive. When I use the USB drive, I cannot see my internal SSD in Windows Explorer. I made the W2Go just in case something goes wrong and I need to decrypt the SSD. Before I encrypt, I just wanted to make sure I can see the SSD. Should I be able to see the SSD before boot encryption with Windows Explorer or I will see this through DC. I am use to linux where I make a mount point. Is this the same with Windows or do I need something enabled in my BIOS or I am missing something else.
 
I installed CD on the Win2Go live usb and it just lists the boot drive and the drive of the live usb. Should it list my internal drives?
 
ran diskmgmt.msc in a admin command prompt after booting up with the Windows2Go USB. It scanned all hard drives and my Windows HD showed as offline. I clicked on the offline and made it in online and now I can see it. It remembers to make it online on subsequent reboots.
 
I have a BIOS password on the PC set but when I boot using the Win USB something changes my boot order so it moves Windows HD back to the top instead of the USB.
