How to move your DefaultBox firefox profile to a New Sandbox

I started with manually copying the current firefox profile into the newbox \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\profiles, For the next step, do I register the entry in profiles.in, if so how does it look like?

Also, are there any ways to retrieve data particularly the Firefox profile once I run the Delete Content in any one of the container?

Once they are deleted, they can't be recovered by Sandboxie or normal Windows processes, but some file recovery software might be able to extract files, if they have not been overwritten, yet.

Since you copied the profile and the INI, the new instance should detect and use the profile.

Thanks, I'm sure it got overwritten by multiple new profiles that was created. I only copied the profile, the new instance didn't show up when I opened the browser

I never looked into how new Firefox profiles were created. When I created new profiles, many many versions of Firefox ago, there were always new profiles, without messing up the existing profiles. I only once tried with Firefox in Sandboxie, just to test something.
