How limit files/folders from being accessed except from a specific folder

When I had Sandboxie classic, I set up 2 Sandboxie folders called DefaultBox & AllowAccess. Now I have Sandboxie-Plus, version 1.16.9. I had it set up so that only the AllowAccess folder could attach a file to an email or upload it to a website. I want to prevent the Default Box from allowing any attachments in an outgoing Thunderbird email or uploading a file to the web UNLESS it comes from a specific folder of my choice.

How can I set this up, as I'm confused by the options.

Thank you in advance,

Sandboxie Classic and Sandboxie-Plus use the same Sandboxie.ini. That is the reason, they can't be installed together.

If you have the Sandboxie.ini with your configuration for the sandboxes, they should appear in the main window of Sandboxie Plus. If not, you can replace the contents of the new Sandboxie.ini (at C:\Windows) with the contents of the old file.

Here is an overview where to find things that were present in Sandboxie Classic. The new user interface changed a bit, but it is still quite accurate.

If you don't have the old configuration, we can set it up again. Sandboxie Classic and Sandboxie Plus have the same logic, the way to set it up is different, as all the rules for folder and file access are in one place and their state determines how they can be accessed. The (in this part outdated) overview shows all access types in once place, but since then they got separated per category (File/Folder, IPC, Registry, etc.)

Thank you for your reply. I had thought that I kept the old Sandboxie.ini when I installed Sandboxie-Plus. Apparently, I didn't. Nevertheless, I copied the ini file from a Macrium Reflect backup that was made before I upgraded Sandboxie. Everything works as intended now. Thank you very much.
