Hello, my certificate is about to expire, and I want to renew it using USDT. I sent an email but haven't received a reply; could you please tell me ho

The above translates to "Hello, my certificate is about to expire and I want to renew it with USDT. I have sent an email but have not received a reply; how do I do this?", which is what the title says, but it is cut off.

David handles the certificates, if you have emailed him and some days have passed, you might want to send the email again. Maybe it was overlooked. Only DavidXanatos should be able to help you. Thank you for supporting Sandboxie.

Is his email xanatos david AT gmail.com ?

Edit: The correct email has been used. I just modified it to avoid spambots easily scraping this email.

I saw the donation option on the official website, and it supports credit cards. How much do I need to donate to receive a personal serial number license?

Don't you have any online contact methods?

No, unfortunately I don't know any other contact method, where he could be reached. I don't have any other way to contact him, either. He should read the forum, but it seems that he is busy.

Why is it so difficult to pay you?

I can't say much about that, since David handles the whole business side of Sandboxie, on top of the coding for this and other projects. I only volunteer as moderator (I used to translate Sandboxie Plus into German, which is now done by someone who can react more promptly to changes.)

I am under the impression that it should be the same as the amount the web shop lists the desired item, but I could be wrong since David handles that.

Even if I can't help you, I am sad to hear that you don't have a great experience with the payment or renewal process.
