Error while launching a game

It was working well but suddenly from last 3-4 days i am getting this error while trying to run a game called Rise of Kingdoms. last night it worked again but today its throwing the same error. I don't have much knowledge about sandboxie but somehow i downloaded it and was able to make it work for this game till now. Any help is appreciated.

Try disabling win32 hooks using EnableWin32kHooks=n in your ini or from the advanced glboal settings

I had the same issue and adding that line to the .ini section, resolved the issue.
