Error 87 - Can't Install Driver

Not sure if this is a bug or for the Troubleshooting area. anyhow, i am posting it here now.

During installation attempt on my older laptop with Windows 7 (my modern desktop with Windows 10 and soon 11 is for repair), I got that small error window with the message as seen in the headline, but the installation seemed to have finished , maybe incorrectly, not sure, and asked to restart. I don't want to try out to encrypt a drive if I am not sure all is okay. Any advise available?
 
If the driver wasnt installed it wont be able to encrypt enything.
If the UI starts and does not offer to installa driver the driver is already installed.
As always anythign with DC you do on your own risk, i always recommend a full backup before trying anything you are not sure about.
