Hello, your software encrypted our organization, we got the password, but we faced some difficulties, on some disks for no reason (i.e. we did not do anything with them) dcrypt gives error 4, although I am sure that I entered the password correctly. I don't have a backup, is there any way to get back at least some of the data?
