Cannot download 30 day paid version of Sandboxie Plus via Patreon site

If that is a special version, then David is going to handle this.

All I know (Or I think I know) is that you should get a certificate, if you subscribe to Patreon, so you can apply the certificate (if that is not a serial number by now) in the official releases.

If the Patreon tier gives access to the insider build, David should provide a link to a private GitHub repository.

EDIT: BTW, the attachment does not get shown, for me.

Thanks for the reply. It is for a for 5 dollars. It definitely is not for Patreon Tier.
On the Patreon site it shows:

Marc A Moreno is gifting you a month of access to David Xanatos!

Claim your gift by Oct 13, 2025 to join David Xanatos's Regular Support tier.

I was gifting myself. I clicked on the prompt and got an email sent to my email address. It didn't do anything. So I went back to the page that showed what I indicated above. Only this time clicking on the prompt did nothing. When the cursor was put on the same prompt as before the international symbol (red circle with a slash thru it) appeared and nothing happened. Sort of looks like there is only one attempt (since it was a single order) and if that fails I need to find how to get the program I paid for.

I tried to find a solution for this issue somewhere on their sight. No contact information anywhere on the site. It seems to me if there is going to be a resolution it will have to be from David. Maybe he can handle getting the install media to me, or at least get someone on the Patreon site to take care of the issue.

Again, thanks for your help and concern.
Marc

I don't know what kind of contact Patreon offers, nor do I know how the gifting system works.

You can send an e-mail to the address you can find here.
