Cannot connect to the internet when running the software

"When I run programs in Sandboxie Plus, they seem unable to connect to the internet. Can anyone help me?

By default, applications in Sandboxie can access the network. (Besides network files, unless they are explicitly opened.)

Did you enable some setting to restrict network access?

I didn’t restrict anything. I already enabled Internet access, but it still doesn’t work. However, out of the 4 games I play, only 1 of them can connect.
