I guess that you are using the field below the input field for the certificate, which is used to upgrade certificates or to download a certificate for a business type setting.
You have to enter (copy and paste) the complete block, you are given, starting with NAME and ending with ==, into the large field in the global settings.
This has been resolved, and the certificate was found to be valid. For everyone else, please ensure that you enter the certificate the same way you get it, this can be done rather easily via copy and paste.
