NeoLoader almost doesn't upload anything: upload speed sense is disabled, there is set high upload limit, the log says:
"Stopping upload of ... after 0 kb, reason: client stalling".
What does "slot speed" (8kB/s), min trickle slots" (2) and "drop blocking slots" (off) settings do?

It happens on BitTorrent network ? Are you using the latest beta or the final build ?

SlotSpeed = The speed assigned to a single client.
example: With an upload limit of 30 kb/s and "Slotspeed = 8 kb/s" there are ~3-4 upload slot, to give a speed of 8 kb/s to each client. In eMule the slotspeed is 3 kb/s, and its a really low value IMHO.
The benefits of an high slot speed is to complete the transfer of the chunk in less time, but you set a slotspeed to high you may have an upload a bit unstable due to the clients not able to get your bandwitch.
I don't think that your problem is caused from that setting.

TrickleSlots: There are some clients in upload in a "standby" status. Why ? If any client can't receive his bandwitch for any reason (usually depends from him, not from us) this badwitch will be moved to a client that was in standby.
It improves the upload stability, without trickle slots if the clients in upload cannot receive your bandwitch, you'll not reach your upload limit.

Drop Blocking Slots: It drops after some time those clients that can't receive your bandwitch. Do not use it if you use an high value of Slot Speed, (8 kb/s, is not an high value), because more clients will not be able to receive that bandwitch and it will cause failed upload sessions.

Sorry for the bad english, if you want more information (with a better english) search in some emule wikies, they're surely explained on them.

10. fixed in next release

9. working on a fixfor the next release its difficult as we need to manage the connections better :/

I know how these settings work: 400kB/s limit, 40kB/s SlotSpeed = 10+2 slots, I also prefer slotfocus. The problem is that in eMule my bandwidth is mostly saturated, in NeoLoader not - it sometimes drop to few kB/s and the log always says: "Stopping upload of ... after 0 kb, reason: client stalling".

In eMule I have "SlotLimitter: no limit - This is the recommended setting, but upload limit blah, blah...". I think, it's not problem with settings: stopping upload after sending 0kB isn't the proper behavior of the program in my opinion. I tested the NeoLoader during a week, and average upload speed seems to be lower.

Version 0.50e - Register file extensions with NL is disabled, I tried to open ed2k:// link with NL but it failed:
Code:
19 :20: 35: Opening from Command Line 'ed2k://%7Cfile%7CThe_Echelon_Effect_-_Sierra_-_FLAC_-_2014.%5Bcontentdb.emule-project.net%5D.zip%7C125087838%7C5f94d89a10c8bb33dde2e1854d3bb9ef%7C/'
19 :20: 35: Invalid Ed2kLink
while eMule opens links without problems.

Link on website, magnets links works that way, ed2k not.

Download chart shows fictional download bandwidth: it's not possible that overhead of BT is 60kB/s:

The problem I reported previously with slow upload seems to be fixed.

ed2k links fixed in next build,

as about the overhead that looks fishy the white line should always be higher that any other as its the summ of all
